South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Board must, by
notice in the Gazette, specify the meaning of the term "social work services
for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Board may, at
any time, vary, revoke or substitute a notice under subsection (1).
(3) A notice may not
be made, varied or revoked under this section unless there has been
consultation with each prescribed body on the proposal to make, vary or revoke
the notice.
