(1) A person who
contravenes, or fails to comply with, a condition imposed under this Act on
the person's registration is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) A person who
contravenes a condition of the person's registration that requires the Board
to be notified of a matter or imposes a restriction on the practice of
social work by the person is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
