If a registered teacher contravenes a condition of the person's registration
that requires the Teachers Registration Board to be notified of a matter or
imposes a restriction on the practice of teaching by the person, the person is
guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
