(1) The Teachers
Registration Board or the Registrar may, at any time, require a holder of a
special authority to teach, or the employer or a former employer of such a
person, to provide information relating to the person or the person's
employment.
(2) A person who fails
to comply with a requirement under this section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
(3) For the purposes
of this section, a reference to a "holder of a special authority to teach will
be taken to include a reference to a person who was, but is no longer, the
holder of a special authority to teach.
