voluntary assisted dying substance after death of person who is the subject of
a self administration permit
The contact person for a person who is the subject of a self administration
permit must not fail to return to a pharmacist at the dispensing pharmacy,
within 15 days after the date of death of the person, any voluntary
assisted dying substance specified in the permit, and dispensed to the person,
that the contact person knows is unused or remaining after the death.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
