VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 38C

38C—Contravention of conditions of deemed registration

A person who contravenes, or fails to comply with, a condition of the person's deemed registration under this Act is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
