VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 67

67—Variation or revocation of conditions imposed by Tribunal

        (1)         The Tribunal may, at any time, on application by a veterinary surgeon, vary or revoke a condition imposed by the Tribunal in relation to the person's registration under this Act.

        (2)         The Board and the Minister are entitled to appear and be heard on an application under this section.
