73—Complaints that may be dealt with under Division
The Governor may, by regulation—
(a)
specify the kinds of complaints and conduct that may, or may not, be the
subject of a determination under section 72; and
(b) set
out procedures for dealing with matters under this Division (including, to
avoid doubt, making provision for the conciliation of complaints); and
(c) make
further provisions relating to the operation of this Division.
