Trust continues in existence.
(2) The Trust is a
body corporate.
(3) The Trust has full
juristic capacity to exercise any powers that are by their nature capable of
being exercised by a body corporate.
(4) An apparently
genuine document that appears to bear the common seal of the Trust and to be
signed by any two or more of its members or by any one of its members and the
chief executive officer of the Trust will be taken, in any legal proceedings,
in the absence of proof to the contrary, to be duly executed by the Trust.
