(1) A WHS entry permit
holder must not enter a workplace unless he or she also holds an entry permit
under the Fair Work Act or under the Fair Work Act 1994 .
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) A person who has a
right of entry to a workplace under section 140 of the
Fair Work Act 1994 will be taken to hold an entry permit under that Act
for the purposes of subsection (1).
