WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2012 - SECT 132

132—Consideration of application

In considering whether to issue a WHS entry permit, the authorising authority must take into account—

            (a)         the object of this Act; and

            (b)         the object of allowing union right of entry to workplaces for work health and safety purposes.
