WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2012 - SECT 94

94—Minor changes to provisional improvement notice

A health and safety representative may make minor changes to a provisional improvement notice—

            (a)         for clarification; or

            (b)         to correct errors or references; or

            (c)         to reflect changes of address or other circumstances.
