In case of deposit under section 16 of the amount claimed in respect of a
lien, an action to recover the amount so deposited may be brought within
fourteen days from the registration of the lien, but not after, and if such
action be not so brought the amount so deposited shall be repaid by the
Registrar-General to the person who deposited the same.
