25—Order for enforcement of lien or charge, how carried into effect
(1) An order for the
enforcement of a lien or liens may be carried into effect by a writ or warrant
from the court for the sale of the estate or interest in land or the goods the
subject of the lien.
(2) An order for the
enforcement of a charge may be carried into effect in like manner as a
judgment of the court making the order by execution against the goods and land
of the person against whom such order shall be made.
(3) Any order for the
payment of money deposited under section 16 shall be obeyed by the
Registrar-General, who need not, however, be a party to the action.
