South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations18—Powers of Tribunal
Without limiting the operation of section 37(1) of the South Australian Civil
and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 , on a review, the Tribunal may make
such incidental or ancillary orders as it considers appropriate relating
to—
(a)
entries in the register; or
(b) the
assessment report relevant to the person who sought the review; or
(c) the
documentation to be sent overseas for the purposes of adoption.
