(1) This rule applies
to the driver of a bus carrying children if the bus is required to be fitted
with warning lights under another law of this jurisdiction.
Note—
"Bus" is defined in the dictionary.
(2) The driver must
not stop the bus to drop off or pick up a child unless the warning lights are
operating as required under the law of this jurisdiction.
