344—Traffic control devices applying to a driver in a marked lane
A traffic control device applying to a marked lane applies to a driver
approaching, in or leaving the marked lane unless the position of the device
indicates that it does not apply to the driver.
Example—
An overhead lane control device above a marked lane that the driver does not
face as the driver approaches it does not apply to the driver.
