19—Inspection of records management system
(1) For the purposes
of section 35(3) of the Act, a person who has interrogated the records
management system must be issued with a certificate of interrogation setting
out—
(a) the
name of the person who interrogated the records management system; and
(b) the
full name and unique identifier of the person to whom the interrogation
relates; and
(c) the
time and date of the interrogation.
(2) A certificate of
interrogation may contain such other information as the Registrar thinks fit
(including, to avoid doubt, information as to whether the person to whom the
interrogation relates is a prohibited person).
(3) A certificate of
interrogation—
(a) must
be in a form approved by the Minister; and
(b) may
be issued in a manner determined by the Registrar (including, to avoid doubt,
by electronic means).
