(1) If there is any
change in the name or address, or address for service, of the holder of a
certificate, the holder must, within 21 days after that change, notify
the Technical Regulator in writing of the new name or address (as the case
requires).
Maximum penalty: $1 000.
Expiation fee: $150.
(2) If there is any
change in the name or address of, or in who is, the agent of the holder of a
certificate, the holder must, within 21 days after that change, notify
the Technical Regulator in writing of the new name or address (as the case
requires).
