South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations39—Prescribed classes of customers
For the purposes of sections 23(1)(n)(iv) and 36(1) of the
Act—
(a) each
customer whose annual electricity consumption level for a metered
connection point equals or exceeds 160 MW.h is a customer of a prescribed
class in relation to electricity supply to the customer through the connection
point;
(b) each
customer whose annual electricity consumption level for a metered
connection point equals or exceeds 30 MW.h but is less than 160 MW.h
is a customer of a prescribed class in relation to electricity supply to the
customer through the connection point.
