An application for a preliminary survey licence or a speculative survey
licence, or for the renewal of a preliminary survey licence or a speculative
survey licence, must also include, or be accompanied by, the following
information or material:
(a) if
relevant, material identifying any existing licences that are wholly or
partially contained within the proposed area of the licence;
(b) a
description of the regulated activities to be carried out under the licence.
