A person who takes rock lobster in the waters of the State (other than under a
licence in respect of a rock lobster fishery) must, before the rock lobster is
brought ashore or landed, clip its middle tail fan in half horizontally across
the tail and remove it.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
