South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations5—Classes of fishing activities prescribed for purposes of
section 70 of Act
For the purposes of section 70 of the Act, the following classes of
fishing activities are prescribed:
(a) the
classes of fishing activities specified in Schedule 6;
(b) the
taking of fish by a person—
(i)
by using a fish net in any of the waters of the State
specified in Schedule 7 Part 1; or
(ii)
by using a net other than a large mesh net or sardine net
in any of the waters of the State specified in Schedule 7 Part 2.
