South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) The CE may, on
such conditions as the CE thinks fit, exempt the owner or operator of a vessel
from the obligation to comply with a requirement of regulation 134.
(2) The CE may, by
written notice to the holder of an exemption, revoke the exemption or impose
further conditions if there are, in the CE's opinion, proper reasons for doing
so.
