HARBORS AND NAVIGATION REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 37

37—Abandoned cargo

The CE or relevant port operator may take possession of cargo remaining on a wharf or contiguous land for more than 6 months and may deal with the cargo under the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987 .
