tug that is attending a vessel being navigated under the control or at the
direction of a licensed pilot must comply with the directions of the pilot.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(2) The operator of a
tug that is attending a vessel the master of which holds a current pilotage
exemption certificate must comply with the directions of that master.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
