HARBORS AND NAVIGATION REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 98

98—Unauthorised removal of a HIN plate

A person who removes a HIN plate, or interferes with a HIN plate, without being authorised in writing by the CE to do so is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.
