MARINE PARKS (STATUTORY AUTHORISATION COMPENSATION) REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"Act" means the Marine Parks Act 2007;

"advisory panel" means an advisory panel established under Part 2;

"Court" means the Environment, Resources and Development Court.
