The prohibitions and restrictions applying within a marine park do not apply
to—
(a) a
person acting in the course of an emergency; or
(b) an
Aboriginal person acting in accordance with an ILUA or Aboriginal tradition;
or
(c) a
person exercising official powers or functions under an Act (whether of the
State or of the Commonwealth).
