South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations59—Cancellation of motor driving instructor's licence on surrender
The Registrar may cancel a motor driving instructor's licence if—
(a) the
holder of the licence gives the Registrar written notice of the holder's wish
to surrender the licence; and
(b) the
Registrar is satisfied that the licence, or any duplicate of the licence, has
been returned or has been lost or destroyed.
