96—Power of Registrar to require destruction of a document or thing
issued or renewed in consequence of a void transaction
If a transaction is void by virtue of section 138B of the Act, the Registrar
may require the person who is liable to make the payment to destroy the
licence, permit, label, certificate, plate or other document or thing issued
or renewed by the Registrar in consequence of the purported transaction and to
produce evidence of the destruction to the satisfaction of the Registrar.
