South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) An entity
specified in column 1 of the table in Schedule 2 will, on the
commencement of these regulations, be taken to be the holder of a retailer
authorisation (or retailer authorisations) issued under Part 5 of the
Law.
(2) The form of energy
in relation to which an authorisation under subregulation (1) will apply
will be determined according to column 2 of the table in Schedule 2
and any authorisation will be—
(a) for
the sale of electricity only; or
(b) for
the sale of natural gas and natural gas equivalents only; or
(c) for
the sale of electricity and the sale of natural gas and natural gas
equivalents under separate authorisations.
(3) The particulars of
the retailers within the ambit of subregulation (1) must be included in
the Public Register maintained under section 119 of the Law.
