South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations19—Establishment of International Koala Centre of Excellence Gift Fund
and management committee
(1) IKCE must
establish the International Koala Centre of Excellence Gift Fund into which
gifts of money or property for the principal purpose of IKCE under
regulation 14 are to be paid and credited.
(2) IKCE must
establish a committee of at least 3 directors, a majority of whom are
responsible persons, to administer and manage the Gift Fund in accordance with
these regulations and the rules set out in the charter.
