PUBLIC CORPORATIONS (INTERNATIONAL KOALA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 5

5—Establishment of subsidiary (section 24)

        (1)         The International Koala Centre of Excellence is established as a subsidiary of the Minister.

        (2)         IKCE—

            (a)         is a body corporate; and

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name.
