PUBLIC CORPORATIONS (LIFETIME SUPPORT AUTHORITY) REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

"Act" means the Public Corporations Act 1993 ;

"Authority" means the Lifetime Support Authority of South Australia established by the Motor Vehicle Accidents (Lifetime Support Scheme) Act 2013 .
