South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations112—Using pipeline to convey compositions of petroleum
A pipeline licensee must ensure that a composition of petroleum is not
conveyed through a pipeline under the licence unless—
(a) a
pipeline management plan in force for the pipeline mentions—
(i)
that the composition is to be conveyed through the
pipeline; and
(ii)
the safe operating limits for conveying that composition;
and
(b) the
pipeline is operated within those safe operating limits.
Maximum penalty: $5 500.
