South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of Schedule 7 of the Act and this Part, a notice that is to be given to a
body corporate may be given to a director, principal executive officer or
secretary of the body corporate.
(2) For the purposes
of Schedule 7 of the Act and this Part, a notice or report may be given
to a person by email with a copy of the notice or report to be sent by
pre-paid post to the person's address.
