13—Prohibition against immobilising vehicles
(1) The owner or
occupier of a private access road, private parking area or private walkway
must not immobilise, or cause to be immobilised, a vehicle that is unlawfully
parked on the access road, parking area or walkway.
Maximum penalty: $750.
(2) A person must not,
on behalf of or pursuant to an agreement with the owner or occupier of a
private access road, private parking area or private walkway, immobilise a
vehicle that is unlawfully parked on the access road, parking area or walkway.
Maximum penalty: $750.
