of Act)
A determination of the Commissioner under section 16 of the Act must be
published as follows:
(a) the
Commissioner must distribute copies of the determination to the public sector
agencies that the Commissioner considers may be affected by the determination;
(b) the
public sector agency must, on receipt of a determination, take reasonable
steps to—
(i)
make the contents of the determination known to all
employees of the agency who are affected by the determination; and
(ii)
keep copies of the determination readily available for
inspection by any such employee.
