A person must not travel on a regular passenger service vehicle using a
concessional ticket unless—
(a) they
are a student personally in possession of a valid student identification card;
or
(b) they
are personally in possession of a valid travel concession card.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $160.
