PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 118

118—Interference with equipment etc

A person must not, without lawful authority—

            (a)         interfere with the controls of, or equipment installed in, or attached to, a regular passenger service vehicle; or

            (b)         interfere with any ticket validator.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.

Expiation fee: $210.
