PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 126

126—Removal of goods

A person must not, without lawful authority, remove from a regular passenger service vehicle or prescribed premises goods entrusted to a regular passenger service operator for carriage.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
