South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) A vehicle used for
the purposes of a taxi service or a chauffeured vehicle service must be fitted
with an air conditioner that is in good working order.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to—
(a) a
vehicle that does not have air conditioning fitted as a standard feature; or
(b) a
vehicle excluded from the operation of that subregulation by determination of
the Minister.
