PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 70

70—Non-cash payment surcharges for hiring taxis

For the purposes of Part 6A of the Act, the maximum amount payable for a non-cash payment surcharge for the hiring of a taxi is 5% of the total amount payable for the hiring.
