The driver of a public passenger vehicle must ensure that the luggage or
articles of a passenger (other than hand luggage) are placed in an appropriate
storage compartment, or some other place specifically set aside for such
luggage or articles.
Maximum penalty: $750.
Expiation fee: $105.
