PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 97

97—Interfering with or distracting driver of vehicle

A person must not interfere with, or unreasonably distract the attention of, the driver of a public passenger vehicle.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
