information
If a person who carries on a business to which this Subdivision applies
receives an order for the sale of a registrable device, the person must, if
intending to sell the device, serve on the person to whom they intend to sell
the device the information required by the Minister in the form approved by
the Minister.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
Expiation fee: $500.
