South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations82—Employer to consult specified person if required by Minister
(1) The Minister may
give an employer a notice in writing requiring the employer to consult a
person with approved qualifications and experience in aspects of radiation
protection applicable to the activities undertaken by the employer.
(2) An employer must
comply with a notice given by the Minister to the employer under
subregulation (1).
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
Expiation fee: $500.
