In any proceeding under the Act, and in the absence of proof to the contrary,
any of the following certificates is evidence of the matters certified in the
certificate:
(a) a
certificate purporting to be signed by a sample collector certifying that an
identified urine sample was taken or collected—
(i)
from a named person; and
(ii)
at a specified date and time; and
(iii)
in accordance with the regulations;
(b) a
certificate purporting to be signed by a medical practitioner or registered
nurse certifying that an identified blood sample was taken or collected—
(i)
from a named person; and
(ii)
at a specified date and time; and
(iii)
in accordance with the regulations;
(c) a
certificate purporting to be signed by an analyst certifying—
(i)
that an identified blood or urine sample taken from a
named person was analysed for drugs in accordance with these regulations; and
(ii)
the results obtained from that analysis.
