South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current RegulationsFor the purposes of providing emotional support to a vulnerable witness while
the witness is being interviewed, a person, or a person of any of the
following classes, is prescribed:
(a) a
parent, guardian, spouse, domestic partner or any other relative of the
witness;
(b) a
friend or carer of the witness;
(c) any
other person approved for the purposes of the interview with the witness by
the prescribed interviewer who is to conduct the interview;
(d) a
person of a class approved by the Commissioner for the purposes of this
regulation.
